We're back!!! Read all about the return of Sunday Best....Gussie up to get down. Sunday Best—the easy-going, late afternoon, backyard barbecue cum dance party—is back for the summer of 2009. Every Sunday from May 24 to September 6 at BKLYN Yard, a leafy waterside lot on the Gowanus Canal, we’re serving up tacos on fresh-made tortillas (via the Red Hook Ballfields) with cold sangria and beers while resident DJs JUSTIN CARTER, EAMON HARKIN and DOUG SINGER play alongside some of the finest DJs to ever take on a back yard.
Our special guests...

About the Residents
_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/
EAMON HARKIN and JUSTIN CARTER are the resident DJs and masterminds of Mister Saturday Night, a big party with live music and DJs that happens at nice places to party in New York City. They also collaborate on New Release, an entity that editorializes and produces music events in New York. DOUG SINGER, one half of the brothers’brothers duo, introduced New York party people to the Water Taxi Beach some years ago with Rebound, the first post-PS1 jam to happen at the now popular summertime spot.
